All orders are sent within 2 working days of the order being placed. This cannot be guaranteed during busy periods or sale events.
All orders are sent with a tracking code and will either come using Royal Mail signed for service, Royal Mail international tracked and signed service, Royal Mail international signed service or with Interlink/DPD depending on which country you are ordering too.
Please provide us with a phone number or email address during checkout in order to receive your tracking code.
Orders within the UK are sent with Royal Mail 1st class signed for service or with DPD Local.
Order within Europe are sent with Royal Mail tracked and signed service or with DPD couriers. These orders will arriving within 3-5 working days.
Rest of the World
Orders outside of Europe will be sent with Royal Mail tracked and signed service or Royal Mail tracked service. These orders will arrive within 7 - 10 working days.

Sale items or items used with a discount code can only be returned in exchange for store credit, socks, underwear and gift cards cannot be returned unless faulty.
All items must be returned with all tags still intact and no visible signs of wear, if this is the case we will send the item back to you in the condition we received it.
Faulty items will be deemed so at our discretion.
If your item is faulty, this is the only instance in which your return postage costs will be refunded.
Promotional offers such as 2 items for £9.99 can only be returned for store credit.
When ordering using discount codes, this is counted as a sale item, as such these items can only be returned for store credit.
