I've received my order and something is incorrect or missing

Please click here and send us an email explaining what the problem is and we will sort the problem out straight away. Please note, if there has been a mistake with your order and you need to ship an item back to us, we will cover all return postage costs.

Please note if you are ordering to a country outside the EU and have placed a large order this can sometimes be sent in separate packages. These should arrive together however this is not always the case and the second package will never be far behind. This will usually be address on the invoice in your package.
